21.—(1) Part 2 of the Finance Act 2012(1) (insurance companies carrying on long-term business) is amended as follows.
(2) In section 65—
(a)in subsection (2) omit paragraphs (b) and (c);
(b)in subsection (3)(b) omit “(b) or (c),”.
