Amendment to regulation 40 E+W+S

26.  In regulation 40 (conformity assessment procedures prior to manufacturer)—

(a) in paragraphs (1) and (4) for “an EU-type”, substitute “ a Type ”;

(b) in paragraphs (2) and (3) for “harmonised” substitute “ designated ”.
