16. In regulation 24 (appointment of authorised representatives)—
(a)in paragraph (1) after “a person” insert “ established in the United Kingdom ”;
(b)omit “EU” in each place it occurs; and
(c)for “CE” substitute “ UK ” in both places it occurs.
