Amendment to Schedule 1 E+W+S

41.  In Schedule 1 (information to be marked on regulated non-automatic weighing instruments)—

(a) in paragraph 1 omit “EU-”; and

(b) in paragraph 9 for “the Annex III to the Directive” substitute “ Schedule 8 ”.
