9.  In regulation 10 (offences)—

(a) in paragraphs (1)(a) and (b) and paragraph (7), for “EEC sign” substitute “UK marking”;

(b) in paragraph (1)( c), for “in section 2 of Annex I of the Directive” substitute “at paragraph 1 of Schedule 2”.
