5.  Council Decision 2003/315/EC of 6 February 2003 concerning the conclusion of an Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters between the European Community and Malta adding a Protocol on mutual administrative assistance in customs matters to the Agreement establishing an association between the European Economic Community and Malta.

6.  Council Decision 2004/633/EC of 30 March 2004 concerning the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Community and the Republic of India on customs cooperation and mutual administrative assistance in customs matters.

7.  Council Decision 2004/634/EC of 30 March 2004 concerning the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Community and the United States of America on intensifying and broadening the Agreement on customs cooperation and mutual assistance in customs matters to include cooperation on container security and related matters.

8.  Council Decision 2004/889/EC of 16 November 2004 on the conclusion of an Agreement between the European Community and the Government of the People’s Republic of China on cooperation and mutual administrative assistance in customs matters.

9.  Council Decision 2008/202/EC of 28 January 2008 concerning the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Community and the Government of Japan on cooperation and mutual administrative assistance in customs matters.

10.  Council Decision 2009/556/EC of 25 June 2009 concerning the provisional application and conclusion of the Agreement between the European Community and the Swiss Confederation on the simplification of inspections and formalities in respect of the carriage of goods and on customs security measures.

11.  Council Decision 2011/90/EU of 18 January 2011 on the signing, on behalf of the European Union, and provisional application of the Protocol extending to customs security measures the Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters between the European Economic Community and the Principality of Andorra.

12.  Commission Decision 2011/409/EU of 11 July 2011 on the position to be taken by the European Union, within the EU-Switzerland Joint Committee, on the rules of procedure to be adopted by it in accordance with Article 19(4) of the Agreement between the European Community and the Swiss Confederation on the simplification of inspections and formalities in respect of the carriage of goods and on customs security measures.

13.  Council Decision 2012/71/EU of 23 January 2012 on the position to be taken by the European Union within the EU-Chile Special Committee on Customs Cooperation and Rules of Origin relating to Annex III to the Agreement establishing an association between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Chile, of the other part, concerning the definition of the concept of originating products and methods of administrative cooperation.

14.  Council Decision 2012/643/EU of 24 September 2012 on the signing, on behalf of the Union, of the Agreement between the European Union and Canada on customs cooperation with respect to matters related to supply chain security.

15.  Council Decision 2014/941/EU of 27 June 2013 on the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Union and Canada on customs cooperation with respect to matters related to supply chain security.

16.  Council Decision (EU) 2017/2433 of 18 December 2017 on the position to be adopted on behalf of the European Union within the Customs Sub-Committee established by the Association Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, of the one part, and Georgia, of the other part, as regards the replacement of Protocol I to that Agreement, concerning the definition of the concept of ‘originating products’ and methods of administrative cooperation, by a new protocol which refers to the Regional Convention on pan-Euro-Mediterranean preferential rules of origin.

17.  Council Decision (EU) 2018/600 of 10 October 2016 on the signing, on behalf of the European Union, of the Agreement between the European Union and New Zealand on cooperation and mutual administrative assistance in customs matters.

18.  Council Decision (EU) 2018/601 of 16 April 2018 on the conclusion, on behalf of the European Union, of the Agreement between the European Union and New Zealand on cooperation and mutual administrative assistance in customs matters.
