a
in paragraph 2, omit “The recipient Member State may consult the other Member States and the Commission.”;
b
in each place in which it occurs, for “recipient Member State”, substitute “Food Safety Authority”;
c
in paragraph 4, for “other Member States and the Commission”, substitute “appropriate authority”;
d
in paragraph 5, for “other Member States and the Commission”, substitute “appropriate authority”.
