In regulation 17(3) of the Radioactive Contaminated Land (Modification of Enactments) (Wales) Regulations 2006(1) in the inserted paragraph (4C) for “paragraph (2) of regulation 13 (implementation of emergency plans) of the Radiation (Emergency Preparedness and Public Information) Regulations 2001” substitute “paragraph (3) of regulation 17 (implementation of emergency plans) of the Radiation (Emergency Preparedness and Public Information) Regulations 2019”.
S.I. 2006/2988 (W. 277). Regulation 17 was substituted by S.I. 2008/521. Other amendments have been made but none are relevant to this instrument.
