The Financial Services (Miscellaneous) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Section 3 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 01 March 2025. 3.—(1) The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 M1 is amended as follows.
(2) In section 425(1)(a) M2 (expressions relating to authorisation elsewhere in the single market) omit “ “EEA AIFM”,” and “ “EEA authorisation”,”.
(3) In Part 1 of Schedule 3 M3 (defined terms) omit paragraphs 6 (EEA authorisation) and 11D (EEA AIFM).
