The Customs Safety and Security Procedures (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

Citation, commencement and effect U.K.

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Customs Safety and Security Procedures (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.

(2) They come into force on the later of exit day M1 or the day after the day on which they are made.
