1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Extension of Maritime Labour Certificate) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 and come into force on 23rd April 2019.
(2) These Regulations do not apply in relation to renewal surveys required by regulation 5(1)(b) of the Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Survey and Certification) Regulations 2013(1) which are completed before the coming into force of these Regulations.
