SCHEDULE 2 U.K. AMENDMENTS TO RETAINED DIRECT EU LEGISLATION

103.—(1) Article 56 is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In paragraph 2—

(a) omit “of the Member State where the experiment or test will occur”;

(b) for “authorities” substitute “ authority ”.

(3) In paragraph 3—

(a) for “relevant competent authority of the Member State concerned” substitute “ competent authority ”;

(b) omit the final sentence.

(4) Omit paragraph 4.
