in point 1.2.5, in the second paragraph, for “Part 3 of Annex VI” substitute “the UK mandatory classification and labelling list”;
b
in point 2.10, in the second indent under the fifth indent, omit “Community”;
c
in part 4, for “Article 16 of Directive 91/414/EEC and Annex V of that Directive, the labelling for plant protection products subject to Directive 91/414/EEC” substitute “Article 65 of Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 and Regulation (EC) No 547/2011 as regards labelling requirements for plant protection products subject to Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009”.
