3.  In Schedule 3 to the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board Order 2008 M1 —

(a) in paragraph 4(1), for “from another member State” substitute “ into the United Kingdom ”;

(b) in paragraph 16(2), for “another” substitute “ a ”.
