Amendment of the Volatile Organic Compounds in Paints, Varnishes and Vehicle Refinishing Products Regulations 2012 U.K.

[F1 5.   For regulation 3(2) of the Volatile Organic Compounds in Paints, Varnishes and Vehicle Refinishing Products Regulations 2012, substitute—

“(2) These Regulations apply to relevant products that—

(a) are to be used in any part of the United Kingdom, and

(b) in Northern Ireland are to be used in a country or territory in the customs territory of the European Union.”.]
