The Investigatory Powers (Interception by Businesses etc. for Monitoring and Record-keeping Purposes) Regulations 2018 M2 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2 (interpretation), in the definition of “regulatory or self-regulatory practices or procedures”, in paragraph (a)—

in sub-paragraph (i), for the words from “provision” to “Area” substitute “
enactment
”
;
b
in sub-paragraph (ii), for the words “a member” to “Area” substitute “
the United Kingdom
”
.
