89.—(1) The Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 (Designation of Participating Countries) (England, Wales, and Northern Ireland) (No. 2) Order 2009 M1 is amended as follows.

(2) In article 3—

(a) for “Iceland and Norway are designated as participating countries” substitute “ Norway is designated as a participating country ”;
