PART 6 U.K. Amendment of Title 6: Evaluation

35.—(1) Article 45 is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) For the heading substitute “ Evaluation of substances on the rolling action plan ”.

(3) In paragraph 1—

(a) in the first sentence omit—

(i) “coordinating the substance evaluation process and”;

(ii) “Community”;

(b) omit the last two sentences.

(4) Omit paragraphs 2 to 5.
