4.  In the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006—

(a) in section 131 (payment of travelling expenses) M1 , omit paragraph (a)(iii) and the “or” preceding it;

(b) in section 206 (interpretation), omit the definition of “Regulation (EC) No. 883/2004”M2 so far as it relates to section 131(a)(iii).
