a
for sub-paragraph (a) (including the “or” at the end) substitute—
a
the treatment of the recipient was provided under a listed healthcare arrangement as defined in regulation 1(3) of the Healthcare (European Economic Area and Switzerland Arrangements) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, or
b
omit sub-paragraph (b).
