8.—(1) Regulation 2015/1076, to the extent that it applies to support for rural development and support under Regulation 508/2014, is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading of Chapter 1, for “European Structural and Investment Funds” substitute “support for rural development and support under Regulation 508/2014”.
(3) Before Article 1 insert—
In this Regulation, a reference to Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 or any provision of that Regulation is a reference to that Regulation as it applies for the purpose of support for rural development and support under Regulation 508/2014.”.
(4) In Article 3(b), for “the ESI Funds” substitute “support for rural development and support under Regulation 508/2014”.
(5) In the heading of Chapter 2, for “European Structural and Investment Funds” substitute “support for rural development and support under Regulation 508/2014”.
(6) Omit Article 5(2).
(7) Omit Article 6.
(8) After Article 6, omit the words from “This Regulation” to “Member States”.
