The Order of 1972 is amended as follows.

In Article 2(2) (interpretation) omit the definitions of “EEA agreement”, “EEA state” and “Regulation (EC) No. 883/2004”M1.

Omit Articles 14B to 14E (reimbursement of the cost of health care services secured in another EEA state) M2.

In Article 45 (travelling expenses of patients, etc.) M3 omit paragraph (1)(a)(ii) and (iii).
