Amendment of Annex 4U.K.
20.—(1) Annex 4 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1—
(a)in the introductory wording omit “Article 39a and”;
(b)in point (e) omit from “of Member States,” to “European Court of Auditors”;
(c)in point (f) omit “and the second subparagraph of Article 39a(5)”;
(d)in points (i) and (j), for “support from the ESI funds”, in each place it occurs, substitute “ support for rural development F1... ”.
(3) In paragraph 2(c), for “support of the ESI funds” substitute “ support for rural development F2... ”.
