These Regulations may be cited as the Medical Devices (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 and, subject to F2paragraph (2), come into force on exit day.

The following regulations come into force on the day that is 4 months after F3IP completion day—

regulation 4(4);

b

regulation 5(3);

c

regulation 6(3);

d

regulation 8(2);

e

regulation 9(2).
