1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Medical Devices (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 and, subject to [F2paragraph (2)], come into force on exit day.
(2) The following regulations come into force on the day that is 4 months after [F3IP completion day]—
(a)regulation 4(4);
(b)regulation 5(3);
(c)regulation 6(3);
(d)regulation 8(2);
(e)regulation 9(2).
