PART 1 Introductory

Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Animal Health, Plant Health, Seeds and Seed Potatoes (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 and come into force as follows—

(a) as regards this Part, Part 3 and regulation 8, immediately before exit day;

(b) as regards Part 2 and regulations 6 and 7, other than regulation 7(15)(a), on exit day;

(a) as regards regulation 7(15)(a), on the day one year after the day on which exit day falls.
