Amendment of the Common Agricultural Policy (Financing, Management and Monitoring) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 U.K.

3.—(1) The Common Agricultural Policy (Financing, Management and Monitoring) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 M1 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 7(28)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (a), for “two places” substitute “ place ”;

(b) after sub-paragraph (a), insert—

“(aa) for “Member State” substitute “ The relevant authority ”;”.

(3) Omit regulation 8(4)(a)(iii).

(4) In regulation 9(5)(b), in the substituted paragraph, for “ Annex I of ” substitute “Annex II to”.
