4.—(1) The Common Organisation of the Markets in Agricultural Products Framework (Miscellaneous Amendments, etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 M1 is amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 47(b), in the substituted paragraph, for “ or ”, in the first place it occurs, substitute “ of ”.
(3) In regulation 48—
(a)in paragraph (a) omit “, in both places it occurs,”;
(b)after paragraph (a), insert—
“(aa)for “one or more official languages of the Union” substitute “ English, and may also appear in another language ”;”.
