The Aquatic Animal Health and Alien Species in Aquaculture (Amendment) (England and Wales) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 U.K.

4.—(1) The Aquatic Animal Health and Alien Species in Aquaculture (Amendment) (England and Wales) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 M1 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2(7), in the inserted regulation 18 of the Aquatic Animal Health (England and Wales) Regulations 2009 M2 —

(a) after paragraph (7)(a)(ii) insert—

“(iii) paragraph 3 were omitted; and”;

(b) in paragraph (10)—

(i) in sub-paragraph (a), omit “paragraph 2 of”;

(ii) in sub-paragraph (b), for “paragraph 2(b)” substitute “ paragraph (b) ”.
