16.  In Article 32—

(a) in paragraph 1, in point (b)—

(i) omit “Union”;

(ii) after “assistance” insert “ under Article 34 ”;

(iii) for the words from “to be” to “Article 38” substitute “ specified in legislation made pursuant to Article 37 or 38 ”;

(b) in paragraph 2, for “Member States” substitute “ the relevant authority ”.
