88.  In Article 3(1)—

(a) in the first subparagraph—

(i) in point (a), for “3 million” substitute “ 300,000 ”;

(ii) in point (b), for “50 000” substitute “ 5,000 ”;

(iii) in point (c), for “109 000” substitute “ 11,000 ”;

(b) omit the second and third subparagraphs.
