Regulation 6 is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1), for “the requirements of Council Directive 2004/49/EC”, substitute “Part 2 of the Railways (Safety Management) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 20065”.

In paragraph (4), for “safety authority set up in accordance with the requirements of Council Directive 2004/49/EC”, substitute “Department”.
