65. The prohibitions in [F1Chapters 2 to 6 and Chapter 6B] of Part 5 (Trade) [F2(other than the prohibitions in Chapter 4IA of that Part)] do not apply to anything done under the authority of a licence issued by the Secretary of State under this regulation.
