86.—(1) Paragraph (2) applies where a person is guilty of an offence under section 50(2) of CEMA in connection with a prohibition mentioned in regulations 23 [F1, 46D] [F2, 46IB] [F3, 46S] [F4, 46XB] [F5, 46Z4, 46Z11, [F646Z16B, [F746Z16C,]] 46Z18] [F8, 46Z25] [F9 46T] or 47(1) (imports).
(2) Where this paragraph applies, the reference to 7 years in section 50(4)(b) of CEMA M1 is to be read as a reference to 10 years.
(3) Paragraph (4) applies where a person is guilty of an offence under section 68(2) of CEMA in connection with a prohibition mentioned in regulations 22(1), F10... [F1130B, 40(1), 46B(1), 46N(1),] [F1246Y(1)] or 48 (exports).
(4) Where this paragraph applies, the reference to 7 years in section 68(3)(b) of CEMA M2 is to be read as a reference to 10 years.
(5) Paragraph (6) applies where a person is guilty of an offence under section 170(2) of CEMA in connection with a prohibition mentioned in regulation 22(1), 23, F13... [F1430B, 40(1), 46B(1), 46D, 46N(1), 46S] [F15, 46XB], [F1646Y(1), 46Z4, 46Z11, [F1746Z18,]] 47(1) or 48 (exports and imports).
