Paragraph (2) applies where a person is guilty of an offence under section 50(2) of CEMA in connection with a prohibition mentioned in regulations 23 F1, 46D F2, 46IB F3, 46S F4, 46XB F5, 46Z4, 46Z11, F646Z16B, F746Z16C, 46Z18 F8, 46Z25 F9 46T or 47(1) (imports).

Where this paragraph applies, the reference to 7 years in section 50(4)(b) of CEMA M1 is to be read as a reference to 10 years.

Paragraph (4) applies where a person is guilty of an offence under section 68(2) of CEMA in connection with a prohibition mentioned in regulations 22(1), F10... F1130B, 40(1), 46B(1), 46N(1), F1246Y(1) or 48 (exports).

Where this paragraph applies, the reference to 7 years in section 68(3)(b) of CEMA M2 is to be read as a reference to 10 years.

Paragraph (6) applies where a person is guilty of an offence under section 170(2) of CEMA in connection with a prohibition mentioned in regulation 22(1), 23, F13... F1430B, 40(1), 46B(1), 46D, 46N(1), 46S F15, 46XB, F1646Y(1), 46Z4, 46Z11, F1746Z18, 47(1) or 48 (exports and imports).

Where this paragraph applies, the reference to 7 years in section 170(3)(b) of CEMA M3 is to be read as a reference to 10 years.
