81.  In Article 2—

(a) in paragraph 2(b) for “Community rules” substitute “retained EU law”;

(b) in paragraph 3 for “Community” substitute “domestic”;

(c) in paragraph 4, in the opening words, for “Community rules” substitute “retained EU law”.
