The Genetically Modified Organisms (Transboundary Movements) (England) Regulations 2004 E+W

4.  In the Schedule to the Genetically Modified Organisms (Transboundary Movements) (England) Regulations 2004 M1 —

(a) in Part 1, in the text in the second column in the row “Article 10(3)”, for the words from “without authorisation” to the end substitute “ which are not permitted to be marketed in [F1 Great Britain], or without authorisation to the import having been expressly agreed by the competent authority of the importing country. ”;

(b) in Part 2, in the text in the second column in the row “Article 6”, in the second sub-paragraph, omit “and to the Commission”.
