The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 21(2), (4) and (7)(a) and (7)(c) of the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 1970(1), now vested in him(2), makes the following Regulations:

1970 c.44; section 21(2) and (4) were amended by section 35(1), (2), and (3) of the Road Traffic Act 1991 (c.40).
