1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Genetically Modified Organisms (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.

(2) They come into force—

(a)as regards this Part and Part 2, 21 days after the day on which these Regulations are laid;

(b)as regards the remainder, on exit day.
