The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 13, 32(7) and (8), 51 and 56 of the Taxation (Cross-border) Trade Act 2018 M1, and by paragraphs 30 and 31 of Schedule 4, and paragraphs 29 and 30 of Schedule 5, to that Act.
