51.—(1) Section 110B M1 is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (1), omit paragraph (e).

(3) In subsection (2), omit paragraph (e).

(4) In subsection (3), omit paragraph (d).

(5) In subsection (4), omit paragraph (d).
