The Transport Act 2000 M1 is amended as follows.

In section 86(3)—

a

at the end of paragraph (b), insert “or”;

b

for paragraphs (c) and (d) substitute—

c

transferred EU anti-trust commitments or transferred EU anti-trust directions,

In Schedule 9 M2—

a

in paragraph 3(1), omit paragraph (k);

b

in paragraph 3(3), omit paragraph (s).

In Schedule 10, in paragraph 23(2)(a) M3, for “and 11” substitute “ and 10A ”.
