Article 5 (regulatory aspects) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 1—
a
for “the entity designated by the Member State” substitute “the regulatory authority”;
b
omit the words from “The designated entity” to the end.

b
for the words from “Member States” to the end substitute “are to be subject to its approval”.
