6.—(1) The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (No. 2) (England) (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations 2020 M1 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2(6)(b)(i), for “(ii)”, substitute “ (i) ”.
(3) In regulation 8(2)—
(a)in the definition of “the local Regulations”, in each of paragraphs (a), (b), (c) and (d), for “Public Health” substitute “ Health Protection ”;
(b)in the definition of “a large gatherings offence”, in each of paragraphs (a), (b), (c) and (d), for “Public Health” substitute “ Health Protection ”.
