These Regulations may be cited as the Mobile Homes (Requirement for Manager of Site to be Fit and Proper Person) (England) Regulations 2020.

The following provisions come into force on 1st July 2021—
a
this regulation and regulations 2, 3, 5 to 10 and 14;
b
Schedules 1 to 4.

The following provisions come into force on 1st October 2021—
a
regulations 4 and 11 to 13;
b
Schedule 5.

These Regulations apply in relation to land in England only.
