Amendments to the Architects Act 1997 (Swiss Qualifications) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 U.K.

8.  The Architects Act 1997 (Swiss Qualifications) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019(1) are amended as follows—

(a) in regulation 3, in the heading and in both places it occurs, for “exit day”, substitute “IP completion day”;

(b) omit regulation 4.

Commencement Information

I1 Reg. 8 in force at 31.12.2020 immediately before IP completion day (in accordance with 2020 c. 1, Sch. 5 para. 1(1)), see reg. 1(3)
