17. A person who is designated for the purposes of regulation 9(13) or 10 of the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (No. 2) (England) Regulations 2020 M1 is to be treated as if they were designated for the purposes of regulations 10(6) and 12(12) of these Regulations.
