1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Equivalence Determinations for Financial Services (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.
[F1(2) Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.
(3) Regulations 6A and 8A come into force the day after the day on which the Securities Financing Transactions, Securitisation and Miscellaneous Amendments (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 are made.]
