The undertaker may acquire compulsorily so much of the Order land as is required for the authorised development, or to facilitate it, or as is incidental to it.

This article is subject to article 28 (compulsory acquisition of rights), article 33 (acquisition of subsoil or airspace etc., only) and article 35 (temporary use of land for constructing the authorised development).
