49.—(1) Save as provided by sub-paragraph (2) or other provision of this Order, nothing in this Part of this Schedule affects the rights and responsibilities of the Board under the Land Drainage Act 1991.E+W+S
(2) The Board must not exercise its functions in a manner contrary to the provisions of the Order.
